Drayage, transload and truckload operations were monitored separately, so domestic performance as a whole had no single view.
Solution
- Built a Power BI report from scratch that consolidates the three domestic modes into one operational report.
- Created the data model, DAX measures and business logic from scratch, and documented all of it.
